Grafton Historic Townsite

Grafton is a ghost town on the Virgin River, settled in 1859 and finally abandoned by 1944 after decades of floods. Volunteers with the Grafton Heritage Partnership have restored several of its buildings, and you can walk the townsite and its cemetery on your own. Film crews shot scenes for Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid here.
