Tooele Valley Museum
The Tooele Valley Museum and Historical Park covers more than three acres of the old Tooele Valley Railroad complex, which is on the National Register of Historic Places. Locomotive #11 is the centerpiece, a steam engine townspeople kept from being shipped to Salt Lake in 1969. Around it are permanent exhibits on the county's railroad, mining, military history and the International Smelting and Refining Company.
