Provo Pioneer Village

The village began in 1931, when David Loveless gave the John Turner home and his collection to the Sons of Utah Pioneers, and it now holds original buildings including the Turner Cabin, Haws Cabin and Loveless Home. It is laid out by use: homes and gardens, a granary and corn crib, a blacksmith shop and mercantile, and a school on the town square. Summer evenings bring fiddling, storytelling and demonstrations like candle dipping and spinning, and entry is free.
