Jurassic National Monument (Cleveland-Lloyd Dinosaur Quarry) Visitor Center
A BLM visitor center at one of the densest concentrations of Jurassic dinosaur bones ever found, with more than 12,000 fossils from at least 74 animals, over 75 percent of them from predators like Allosaurus. Its 2,000-plus square feet of exhibits include an Allosaurus skeleton mount, bone bed maps of the quarry and replica skulls, and the Jurassic Journey and Cretaceous Climb trails start outside. It is about 30 miles south of Price, the last 11 miles on graded gravel, and the dig site is closed for construction for now.
