BYU Museum of Peoples and Cultures
BYU's anthropology museum holds more than a million artifacts from around the world and puts a rotating handful of them on display. A permanent gallery traces who has lived in Utah Valley, from Archaic and Fremont peoples to the Ute and later settlers. Current shows cover basketry around the world and the kava bowls of Pacific Island communities.
